It is used to protect metal pipes and cables that pass through concrete or gypsum, as well as in dynamic systems in the upper part of a wall. The single-component, non-sagging, water-based 3M(MC) Acrylic Latex Fire Protection Caulk 150+ provides excellent adhesion to most building materials. In addition, it becomes dry to the touch after only one hour and can be painted for a more professional appearance.
