This Featherlite 16-foot aluminum industrial extension ladder has a 300lb load capacity, rated ANSI Type IA. It is equipped with the MAXLOCK rung lock, custom-designed from a patented advanced molecular polymer, MAXLOCK is the strongest, toughest, and lightest rung lock ever made. This ladder includes the patented QuickLatch RungLock system which provides a simple and intuitive method to secure the fly and base sections of the ladder when deployed. This ladder also includes external slide guides, fully serrated D-shaped rungs for an anti-slip surface, mar-resistant rail end caps, and pivoting safety shoes for use as a step-down or in a spiked position. The Featherlite 3224D aluminum extension ladder meets or exceeds the safety standards set by ANSI, CSA, and OSHA.
