This Featherlite 16-foot aluminum industrial extension ladder has a 300 lb load capacity, rated ANSI Type IA. It is equipped with the MAXLOCK rung lock, custom-designed from a patented advanced molecular polymer, MAXLOCK is the strongest, toughest, and lightest rung lock ever made. This ladder includes the patented QuickLatch RungLock system which provides a simple, intuitive method of securing the ladder's fly and base sections when deployed. This ladder also features external slide guides, fully serrated D-rung for a slip-resistant surface, mar-resistant rail end caps, and swiveling safety shoes for use as a tread-down or in a spike position. The Featherlite 3216D aluminum extension ladder meets or exceeds the safety standards set by ANSI, CSA, and OSHA.
