The MTH underlayment screw is designed for fast and secure underlayment in subfloor installations. Unlike nails, the MTH underlayment screw has an intricate thread pattern designed to prevent squeaks by firmly holding the underlayment to the subfloor and thus preventing pull-out. Its compact cutting head achieves a flush surface and prevents flooring from settling into the milled recesses.
