The M18™ 3-1/4" Planer delivers unmatched depth control and powerful stock removal for quick and accurate material removal in soft and hard woods. The powerful motor allows the user to remove up to 5/64" in a single pass for increased productivity. The planer also features a depth adjustment knob with 20 locking positions, allowing for multiple depth settings and precise depth control. In addition, the depth adjustment knob does not rotate past 0 or 5/64", allowing users to quickly identify the cutting depth without having to re-zero the knob. The M18™ Planer also features a rabbeting capacity of 27/64" for increased depth of cut when making shiplap joints. A left or right chip ejection switch allows users to direct chips away from their eyes or finished surfaces, increasing safety, productivity, and accuracy.
