This Featherlite 16-foot aluminum industrial extension ladder has a 300 lb load capacity, rated ANSI Type IA. It is equipped with the MAXLOCK rung lock, custom-designed from a patented advanced molecular polymer, MAXLOCK is the strongest, toughest, and lightest rung lock ever made. This ladder includes the patented QuickLatch RungLock system which provides a simple and intuitive method to secure the ladder’s fly and base sections when extended. This ladder also features outside slide guides, fully serrated D-rung rungs for a non-slip surface, mar-resistant rail end caps, and pivoting safety shoes for use as a step-down or in the toe position. The Featherlite 3220D aluminum extension ladder meets or exceeds the safety standards set by ANSI, CSA, and OSHA.
